Official Manufacturer Warranty
Singapore Careada Technology guarantees that all equipment supplied is 100% authentic and covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty. We stand behind the quality of every device we sell.
Warranty Period
The warranty period commences on the date of invoice (or the date of installation, if performed by our team).
Main Units: Standard 12-month warranty (subject to specific model and manufacturer policies).
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Coverage Includes: Internal component failures, software errors, and manufacturing defects.
Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or improper voltage input. Damage resulting from the use of non-original accessories. Normal wear and tear of consumable parts. Damage resulting from repairs attempted by unauthorized technicians.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you encounter technical issues, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email careadasg@gmail.com with the device Serial Number (SN) and a description of the fault (photos or videos are highly recommended).
- Remote Diagnosis: Our engineers will attempt to troubleshoot the issue remotely to save you time.
- Repair or Replacement: If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will guide you on shipping the device to our Singapore Service Center or an authorized regional partner for repair.
Warranty Shipping Terms
If you encounter technical issues, please follow these steps:
Sending to Us: The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance costs when returning the defective equipment to Singapore.
Returning to You: If the defect is covered under warranty, Careada Technology will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replaced equipment to you.
